We understand how trying these times have been as of late. We hope that we have made the online learning process easier and understandable for you as a parent/guardian. It is now time for us to collect items that we have issued to your student at the beginning of the school year. All students must be cleared prior to the start of the 2020-2021 school year. We are adhering to social distancing guidelines and safety protocol as we collect these items.
Items will be collected on Wednesday, May 20, 2020 from 10-2pm. We are collecting library and text books. Band uniforms, choir, etc. should have already been turned in prior to this date. If for some reason you were unable to return those items please contact the sponsors immediately.
Drop off Procedures
Cars enter the main road Staff Sgt. Lucian Adams and stay to the right. Drop-off will take place in the main entrance sidewalk. Vehicles should line up along the curb in a single line. The first car must pull to where the cart is located sign the book return form and drop the books inside. All other vehicles must pull forward and follow the same procedure.
Cars must remain in line and exit the lot in the order they entered.
Our staff will retrieve the cart and electronically check in all text and library books received. There will be nothing further for you to do.
Thank you so much for your time and attention. Every student was not issued take home text books. Your child may only have a library book. Please check with your student. It was a wonderful year servicing the needs of your child. We hope for the best for each of you in the future.
